Starting a meditation practice (finally)

I always thought meditation wasn't for me. My mind races. I fidget. Sitting still felt like torture.
My Strive journey wasn't 'become a meditation master.' It was just 'explore being still.' No pressure, no expectations.
My first update: 'Sat down for 2 minutes. Couldn't stop thinking about work. Is this even working?' The community response changed everything—turns out everyone's mind wanders. That's normal.
Now I meditate for 10 minutes most days. Some days I skip it. Some days my mind is chaos. But I keep returning, and that's the practice.
